MSM decreases pain and inflammation and supplies important bio-available sulfur to connective tissues. Vitamin C and Magnesium are added to enhance the production of certain connective tissue structures, such as collagen and glycosaminoglycans.

Recommended Daily Dosage
Per Body Weight: Under 10 pounds: 1/4 teaspoon
10-25 pounds: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon
25-50 pounds: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon
50-75 pounds: 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons
80 pounds and up: 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons
Daily Dosage may be split into two servings. Start at a lower dose, gradually increasing over 7 days to the suggested daily dose. Store in cool place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
